In-house Dedicated Compliance Team
We have a diligent Team, operating independently of our recruitment consultants. Their central focus is to ensure our strict safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to and abide by statutory requisites.
We exceed specific check requirements to ensure comprehensive due diligence. We emphasise complete transparency, keeping you updated throughout the recruitment process on the progress and findings of a candidate's vetting and screening checks.
As standard we will complete the following background checks on all candidates during the recruitment process:
Right to Work in the UK
ID verification
DBS checks (to the required level of the role)
Overseas police and background checks (where applicable)
Prohibition checks
Verification of Qualifications
Referencing
Candidate Declarations (covering safeguarding, health, criminal convictions, suitability etc)
